Skin Care Tips for Pregnant Women

During pregnancy women go through a lot of changes. Skin is the most sensitive to suffer, especially due to hormonal influx which results in changes in skin outside. Therefore, it is very important to take care of your skin. The changes may be different for different women making skin drier or oily which results in stretch marks. In order to prevent the stretch marks, it is advised to use a good moisturiser throughout the pregnancy. Use of vitamin E capsule (oil of the capsule can be massaged over thighs, breast and stomach) and Vaseline jelly can also help in preventing stretch marks. Once in a week use of a mild cleanser (either a homemade cleanser like oatmeal mixed with water and oil or any branded cleanser) is highly recommended.
