This video, which is part two of a two-part series, provides the viewer with an approach to transitioning the NICU patient from parenteral to enteral nutrition while facing the challenge of meeting nutrient needs throughout that transition to support growth. Ms. Hawthorne presents a case-study approach to highlight the important guidance in this process.

This video was brought to you by the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and supported in part by an educational grant from Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC.
