My name is Ali Graboski, and today I’m going to talk about pregnancy and work. There are a lot of Internet articles dedicated to this subject, so shedding some light on the matter seems essential.

If there are no contraindications, you can go ahead and work until the late months of pregnancy. Let us see some of the best tips for working pregnant women:

1 – Do not skip meals – eat between three and five meals per day, to satisfy your nutritional needs (for you and the baby).
2 – Choose only healthy snacks – these can keep your blood sugar at a normal level and ensure you stay productive.
3 – Pay attention to the level of stress – do not take on too many tasks and avoid working overtime.
4 – Do not spend too much time sitting behind a desk – for every hour of work, take ten-minute walking breaks.
5 – Avoid passive smoking – this is quite damaging for you and the growing baby.
