37 Weeks Pregnant: Exercise & Sleep Tips



My first PREGNANCY VLOG! These past 37 weeks have not been easy but I honestly thought that they’d be harder. Working out, yoga, spinning, swimming, walking– I think a huge factor helping me go through pregnancy pretty well has been staying active.
I wanted to give my tips on what to do, and not do, during the third trimester!
